A rich and vibrant drinking chocolate made in Suffolk from beans sourced from Desmond Jadusingh's beautiful Bachelor's Hall Estate in Jamaica - a farm dedicated to continuously improving the quality of their cacao.
We make 75% dark chocolate from the beans and then shave it into the perfect flakes for melting into warm milk. This yields a drinking chocolate with a deep flavour and silky texture and tasting notes of toasted grain, dried fruit and rum.
This is tried and tested by us (of course!) and we love the packaging too, making it the perfect gift for fellow chocoholics.
Our method: Melt some flakes with a little hot milk to make a paste first, then stir into warmed or steamed milk for a silky smooth, grown-up hot choc.
